The reasons I’m conflicted
The location is fantastic! Staff was incredibly helpful when sorting out my laptop issue, shipping it back to the States without a fuss.
Noisy, city-like environment at night can disrupt sleep. also, the breakfast selection left much to be desired!

A delightful stay with a view
We were welcomed warmly by the staff, especially Jesus, who made sure our experience was memorable. The rainfall shower was a dream, and we enjoyed people-watching from our balcony.
However, the hot water in the dispensers was an issue, and during the heat, it felt uncomfortable not having chilled water available. More options for breakfast would have been nice.

Had a lovely stay with my family, enjoying the clean rooms and daily maid service that made our return from the beach stress-free. The hotel also had a nice pool and a relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was the shower pressure, which could be weak when someone else was using water, but it didn’t ruin our great time! 🌴

A Comfortable Retreat in the Heart of the Action
We enjoyed our stay for two nights in our classic standard room, with the lively street view from the balcony. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. Grab breakfast nearby for a local treat! Remember to hydrate, as the water dispensers served only warm water.

Families will find a gem here
The staff were friendly and the room was always so clean like I was in my own home. Plus, my daughter loved the little fridge in the room for all her snacks, made it feel more like our own place.
It definitely wasn't the least expensive option around here but considering the quality, it was still totally acceptable.

The location near Hidalgo Street is unbeatable, making it convenient to access shops and the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, noise can be an issue, especially during carnival season. Overall, it provided a satisfactory and clean stay.
